Fair Housing Seminar: Situations That Require Critical Thinking and Prudent Decision-Making

Preregistration is required for the Fair Housing Seminar at APARTogether Expo.  This leadership seminar will be taught by Steven Williams to help keep your Fair Housing knowledge up to date. Be in the know and collect 2.5 Continuing Education Credits that apply to your NAA designation.

This workshop presents an understanding of the current standards for fair housing in the apartment industry-at the federal, state and local levels. This workshop uses scenarios to demonstrate how real-life situations require critical thinking and prudent decision-making.  This course vividly shows the serious consequences of incorrect responses and provides coaching on how to avoid costly mistakes. Workshop sections specifically address team members - leasing, management and service.

Pennsylvania Supplier Committee Meeting

The Pennsylvania Supplier Committee (PSC) Meeting brings together supplier partners from across the state to collaborate, share insights, and strengthen their role within the multifamily housing industry. This meeting provides a space to discuss upcoming events, supplier-focused initiatives, advocacy efforts, and opportunities to support and elevate the rental housing community.
