PAA 2021 Events

PAA hosts a variety of networking events statewide and regionally throughout the year to engage all the members of your company.  Becoming an active member within the association provides endless opportunities.

Lunch Time Live-March 17th, 2021
Take a break from a stressful day as enjoy a game with others to unwind.  Have fun with some LIVE game play!​

Best of Apartment Living – Call to Entry
The Best of Apartment Living gives apartment owners and their communities the opportunity to shine and prove that they have what it takes be the ‘Best of Apartment Living!  Apartment communities can enter into the program in various categories and have their properties secretly shopped by an industry third-party company.  Results are announced at the Awards program.  Registrations for apartment communities to participate open in late March.

Golf Outing – Philadelphia Cricket Club – June 7th, 2021
This event has been a long tradition with apartment owners and the folks who supply the apartment industry with products and services.  PAA will take over two golf courses at the Cricket Club for a golf tournament and fun!  Registration to open the first week of May, 2021 for members.

TopGolf – Pittsburgh, July 14th, 2021
TopGolf is a unique way to play golf. Groups or individuals can play golf.  TopGolf has unique technology that allows you to hit a live ball and follow your ball virtually!  Unlike on the golf course, music is being played adding to the atmosphere of fun!  Even if you don’t ‘play’ golf this is a fun time. Look for registration to open the first week of June.

Summer Breeze Shindig – July 15th, 2021  - West Chester 
This is an outdoor happy hour party like no other!  PAA will kick-off the Summer Olympics with their own competition with ziplines, axe-throwing, badminton and much more fun.   This is a fantastic team-building opportunity event.   Oh, did we mention there are treehouses throughout the grounds to kick-back and enjoy the summer breeze!  Show your team spirit while having some fun!  We will open registration the first week of June.

Golf Outing - Lancaster Country Club – September 27th, 2021
PAA is very excited to host this outing at the Lancaster Country Club, one of the top golf courses of Pennsylvania!  Registration will open the first week of August.  Registration will be limited as there is only one course we will be playing.  Mark your calendar and don’t miss out on this opportunity!  

Best of Apartment Living Awards-TBA
This event announces the winners for the Best of Apartment Living entries and celebrated is by all members.  Winners receive an award for being the ‘Best of Apartment Living’!

PAA Trade Show & Education Conference – October 21st, 2021 Valley Forge Casino & Convention Center
The Trade Show & Education Conference is a one-day show featuring education for the multifamily industry along with a showroom floor featuring exhibitors  that provide products and services for the apartment industry!  Look for exhibitor registration to open in March for PAA members and April/May for non-members.  Attendee registration to open late spring.  

Techno Happy Hour! – December 3rd, 2021 
This event is based around everything technology! A panel discussion with leaders in technology along with booths for technology companies to promote their business. After the technology panel discussion, we will have a happy hour like no other! A ‘silent disco party’!  Registration to open the first week of November.

All in-person events that are listed for 2021 will depend upon our current pandemic and ability to host regarding the state of Pennsylvania’s mandates.  At any time, an event could be cancelled out of the control for PAA.  Your safety is our top concern.  Any event prior to the 3rd quarter and an in-person event may not be permitted.  If the event is permitted, all safety protocols will be followed and announced prior to the individual event.
