Basic Interior and Exterior Maintenance and Repair 2021

Maintenance expenses are the singular, largest, controllable element in any operating budget in the apartment industry. This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give them the knowledge and tools necessary to provide effective maintenance support. The Interior and Exterior Maintenance & Repair course gives learners what they need to know to keep the interior and exterior of the buildings on their property in excellent shape, both through repair and preventive maintenance. This course also teaches students how to perform "make-ready" activities, and gives them helpful checklists to use on the job. 

Please note: It can take up to fifteen days for recordings to be edited and curated prior to being sent out to recorded students.
