ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS
Education Sponsor Cost: $1,000
This program offers development and discussion in areas that we consider as a ‘hot topic’ in the multifamily industry. This is not a structured classroom setting but instead a casual atmosphere. There are multiple opportunities to be a round table sponsor throughout the year. The lunch will be provided by the sponsor in addition to the sponsorship fee. Credential Certification Series
Education Sponsor Cost: $1,000
These credential certification classes are designed to attract targeted group of individuals for specfic topical training and development. All are for multiple days across the state. As the sponsor of the credential series, your company logo will be branded with all promotional material. You may have one 30-second video commercial to be shown to the class prior to the start of the program. Since each series has multiple classes, you may provide up to three videos in total. You may provide the commercial or have PAA assist you with the commercial for an additional $50. The lunch will be provided by the sponsor in addition to the sponsorship fee. Fair Housing Seminar
Education Sponsor Cost: $1,500
These Fair Housing seminars are designed to assist you in understanding the current standards for fair housing in the apartment industry. Due to the nature of these seminars, they are offered multiple times across the state and upon request. As the sponsor of the fair housing seminars, your company logo will be branded with all promotional material. You may have one 30-second video commercial to be shown to the group prior to the start of the presentation. You may provide the commercial or have PAA assist you with the commercial for an additional $50. The break will be provided by the sponsor in addition to the sponsorship fee. Webinars
Education Sponsor Cost: $250
These webinars are designed to be informational on day-to-day management issues, buzz topics, soft skills, leadership, advance technician skills, customer service, diversity, equity and inclusion. Members can also request "specific subject matter" webinars. As the sponsor of a webinar, you may provide the commercial or have PAA assist you with the commercial for an additional $50. Certification Classes/Topical Workshops
Education Sponsor Cost: $500
These certification classes/topical workshops are designed to be informational, educational and-where appropriate-license/certifications are earned at completion. Members can also request "specific subject matter" classes/workshops. As the sponsor of the classes/workshops, your company logo will be branded with all promotional material and you may provide one 15-second video to be shown at the start of the class/workshop. You may provide the commercial or have PAA assist you with the commercial for an additional $50.
