A one-day show of FREE education and an unbelievable trade show floor hosting exhibitors for the multifamily industry!   The conference opens with education sessions beginning at 9 am and the exhibitor showroom opening at 10 am. The Pennsylvania Apartment Association provides outstanding hot topic discussions and education geared towards all apartment professionals, including apartment owners, executives, real estate realtors, brokers, marketing and information technologists, trainers, property and service managers, leasing agents, and service technicians!  

This is an in-person show featuring exhibitors with the latest products and services for industry and education sessions that you can’t miss!  Attendee registration is FREE and exclusive to apartment industry employees and executives only.  Suppliers must be showcasing as an exhibitor to be permitted on the trade showroom floor.

We strongly recommend that you pre-register to attend to avoid any long lines for badges.  All attendees must show and scan their badge upon entering any education session or to attend the showroom floor.  If your organization provides products or services, [supplier] you must have a booth to enter the showroom floor.  Non-exhibiting suppliers may NOT attend.

The following precautions will be in place to ensure everyone’s safety: 

-Face masks will be required for all participants, except when eating and drinking.

-There will be a dedicated entrance and dedicated exit for the tradeshow.

-Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the showroom floor and near classrooms.

-Education sessions will have a capacity limit.
