A Message from our PAA Board President: Donna Colbert
The PAA PAC is governed by an advisory board of contributors. The PAA PAC serves to promote and strive for the improvement of government by encouraging, stimulating, and providing the opportunity for multifamily housing owners, our suppliers and their teams to take a more active role in political and governmental activities that affect the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and our industry. Your contribution to PAA PAC helps ensure our voices are heard in state and local government. Contributions to the PAA PAC are not tax deductible.
The PAA PAC is a nonpartisan entity. Donations are made in efforts to advance the needs of the multifamily industry. Contributions to PAA PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to PAA PAC are for political purposes. All Contributions to PAA PAC are voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. State law requires political committees to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual who contributions aggregate in excess of $250 in a calendar year. Corporate donations are prohibited. If you operate a Limited Liability Partnership, we may accept your contribution if (1) your business is treated like an LLP for federal and state tax purposes and (2) the contribution does not contain corporate funds.
