2026 PAA Keystone Awards Judging Portal

Welcome to the PAA Keystone Awards Judging Portal. Thank you for being a 2026 Judge. Please click the image below to be redirected to the PAA OpenWater Judging Portal. Please make sure to login into the PAA website first as the OpenWater Platform will require the same login and password. OpenWater will recognize your login after the initial set-up.

The judges will determine the day and time of the interviews. The nominees must attend their designated time except for an emergency. Nominees failing to attend their interview will be disqualified.
All judging should start on August 3rd through August 14th, 2026.
Each individual award category has its own designated questions to be asked during the interview process. You WILL NOT need to select the questions to be asked.
A preview of each applicant will be displayed on the left-hand side of your screen. The questions to be asked during the interview will be on the right-side of the screen.
You will be scoring on a point system 1-5. 5 being the best!
Once an interview has been started and you begin scoring, you must finish the process, however, you are able to login and edit the judging form up until August 14th.
As an added note, PAA will schedule all interviews with the candidates and attach an invitation to each judge for the date and time. Candidates will not be able to schedule their own time and date. In the case of an emergency the candidate will be notified to contact the PAA Staff liaison.
