Credential Program Overview

Credential programs build proficiency and support professionalism in specific areas of apartment housing management. Each course undergoes annual review so the material remains accurate and timely. NAA’s affiliate Apartment Associations are equipped to deliver these programs locally. Credentials are earned after completion of coursework and experience requirements are met.

  • Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair (15 hours classroom; 30 minutes online)
  • Interior and Exterior Maintenance and Repair (6 hours, 40 minutes classroom; 30 minutes online)
  • Online CAMT Training: A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician (2 hours 21 minutes online)
