Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) -SP2023- Pitt-Full Course

COURSE OVERVIEW:

Maintenance expenses are the singular, largest, controllable element in any operating budget in the apartment industry. This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give them the knowledge and tools necessary to provide effective maintenance support. Work towards the CAMT designation or take individual classes as needed.  For the designation, students must have at least 1 year of experience in the apartment industry.
