CAS - Supplier Success (Spring 2022)

The Supplier Success course is designed to offer an overview of the apartment industry and recommends ways that suppliers can maximize partnerships with apartment owners, apartment management companies, and apartment association members. In this course you will learn: How economic conditions have impacted the apartment industry The impact of pricing and lease management on a property’s financial performance The inner structure of apartment associations The various types of multifamily housing Measures of apartment community success Local building and zoning considerations Methods for positioning products and services based on the goals of an apartment community How to recognize business resources to maximize selling opportunities
