Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)

CERTIFICATE FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS  (CAMT) COURSE 

Maintenance expenses are the singular, largest, controllable element in any operating budget in the apartment industry. This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran emplpyee, to give them the knowledge and tools necessary to provide effective maintenance support. Work towards the CAMT designation or take individual classes as needed.  For the designation, students must have at least 1 year of experience in the apartment industry. 

June 22 - 23 -  Basic HVAC Maintenance and Repair

July 7-8 - Basic Appliancel Maintenance and Repair

July 13 - Interior/Exterior Maintenance and Repair

July 27-28 - Basic Electric and Repair 

August 10-11 - Basic Plumbing Maintenance and Repair

Please note: It can take up to fifteen days for recordings to be edited and curated prior to being sent out to recorded students.
