Apartment teams are juggling more responsibilities than ever, and while technology is supposed to lighten the load, sometimes it feels like just one more thing to manage. Hear eye-opening results from industry surveys that reveal what leasing, management, and maintenance team members love about new tech initiatives, what frustrates them, and how they really feel about new systems rolling out.

This session delivers practical solutions you can use right away to make technology work for your team—not against it. Learn steps you can take to proactively and productively add your voice to the decision-making process, cope with the non-stop flood of new initiatives, and help your colleagues and team to adapt to change. Walk away with simple, effective strategies to advocate for your team, coach others through technology rollouts, and turn frustration into confident action in your community.

Key Takeaways:

  • Discover innovative, tech-forward solutions to common challenges facing property management supervisors.
  • Learn to solve those same challenges with tried-and-true management techniques featuring effective communication and interpersonal skills.
