Kara Rice has more than 30 years in multifamily in roles ranging from leasing to leadership, with an emphasis on employee development. Kara is fascinated by the intersection of high performance and high satisfaction—that sweet spot known as employee engagement. As the VP of Education for Swift Bunny, she works with multifamily leaders to make the workplace work well for all associates. Kara is a lifelong learner who enjoys helping others improve their performance. Presenting webinars and at industry conferences is a favorite aspect of work. She is an NAAEI Faculty member, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate, and owner of rental property. REGISTRATION POLICY:
Only PAA members in good standing will receive the published PAA member rate. The non-member rates will be applied to all registrations that do not include a PAA membership. All membership status questions should be directed to membership@paahq.com.
Once a member has registered for an education event, members can pay their invoices via credit card on their account at www.paahq.com or request an invoice to be emailed for payment. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless the 30-day mark falls on or after the date of the education event; in those cases, payment should be made the day prior to the education event.
