Candice Manning, CALP, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI is an award-winning educator, workforce strategist, and dynamic speaker transforming how the multifamily housing industry attracts, develops, and retains talent. As Director of Workforce Development, Education & Digital Strategy for the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA), she blends over 20 years of sales expertise and 15 years of property management experience to design education that drives measurable impact.

Seeing the widening talent gap in multifamily, Candice founded the Leasing Training Academy (LTA)—an immersive, hands-on program connecting individuals to meaningful careers in housing. In just one year, the LTA expanded to two locations, becoming a two-time national award-winning initiative, honored by both NAA and ASAE for innovation and measurable results.

Candice’s leadership and dedication to advancing education earned her the 2025 NAA ACE Educator of the Year award, one of the industry’s highest honors. A certified NAAEI instructor and participant in NAA’s Leadership Lyceum, she continues to shape the future of workforce development, leadership training, and education nationwide.

Known for her high-energy, engaging, and refreshingly real speaking style, Candice connects with audiences through storytelling, humor, and practical insight. Her sessions challenge professionals to think differently, lead intentionally, and build inclusive cultures where people don’t just work—they thrive. Candice doesn’t just deliver presentations—she creates experiences that move audiences from awareness to action and inspire lasting impact.
