Industry Essentials

The Industry Essentials module kicks off the CAM course by summarizing the global state of the apartment industry. Some key topics taught include understanding a CAM's role as an investor and resident advocate, viewing the property as an investment, as well as outlining the different characteristics and types of housing within the industry.
