VIP Lounge Sponsor

• What's included: After the awards are presented a VIP Lounge will be available for our winners with a step and repeat for photo opportunities.  Signage will be present and 2 tickets are included.  The sponsors can enter the VIP Lounge to greet and mingle with the winners.  Bags will be provided by PAA to all winners and the sponsor will donate the items for the bag. The donated item should compliment an awards show theme. 

Private Box 8 Pack Tickets

• What's included: Host a private box and invite your attendees to watch the awards show with you.  Bottle service is available in the box spaces only during the awards show. 8 tickets are included.  You are the host and this is your space to entertain.  No outside food or drink is allowed.

• What's included: Have a little fun as the sponsor of the 360 Degree Photo Booth at the Keystone Celebration after the awards are announced.  Signage and photo props can be created for this sponsorship displaying your company name.  2 seats included with this sponsorship.

Welcome Entertainment Sponsor

• What's Included: After you walk the red carpet greet attendees and catch a vibe at the DJ booth and a shout out the sponsored company.  All attendees will enter this space before proceeding to the welcome cocktail hour.  Signage provided and 2 tickets included.

Award Entertainment Sponsor

• What's included: Sponsor the music that will be played during the awards ceremony and at the Keystone Celebration after the awards. Signage provided and 1 tickets included. Your logo will be displayed during the awards presentation.

Individual Award Presenter

• What's included: Emcee will make a brief statement about sponsor company and welcome the award presenter sponsor to the stage. Sponsor will announce winner and present award. Also, includes program/website recognition. Featured awards include: Regional, Assistant and Property Manager of the Year, Maintenance Professional of the Year, Leasing Professional of the Year, and Rookie of the Year.  Ticket to the event is included.

Cocktail Welcome Party Sponsor
