COURSE OVERVIEW
Understanding maintenance expenses are the singular largest controllable element in any operating budget in the apartment industry. This course is designed for certified trainers to lead registered participants in a day long workshop targeting Electrolux and Frigidaire appliances-to include refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washing machine and dryers.
Additional courses will be offered in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh in the coming months.
Lunch will be provided to all participants.
