Event Details
Ever feel like your job comes with a side of parenting? From "Because I said so" policies to "Money doesn't grow on trees" budget constraints, onsite teams are often caught between resident expectations and corporate mandates. Let's have some fun reimagining classic parental sayings and explore how they show up in multifamily, from tech tools and tone of voice to operations and community culture.
Through everyday scenarios, audience shout outs, and a "Name That Parent" trivia game, reflect on how each interaction can turn the toughest moments into trust-building wins. Whether you're leasing, managing, or fixing what's broken, you're not just solving problems, you're building a brand. Let's make sure it's one all residents want to brag about.
Key Takeaways:
- Recognize the everyday opportunities onsite team members have to influence resident trust and loyalty through authentic, empathetic communication.
- Learn how to balance the use of technology and automation with personalized service to create meaningful, positive resident interactions.
- Identify strategies to handle challenging resident situations with professionalism and care, fostering long-term community goodwill.
- Apply actionable techniques to create consistent, positive resident experiences that reflect and reinforce the property s brand promise and values.
