INFORMATION ON EVENT:

This fun event combines team building challenges and great networking. Register your Property Management team of 3 - 6 people or select from one of our many Supplier Partner Sponsorship opportunities today!

Noon – 3:00 pm: Register, network, and pre-game on the steps of the Historic Chester County Courthouse.

3:00 – 6:00 pm: Race throughout a 2 – 3 block area where almost 50 challenge tables and fun games await your team.

6:00 pm: After party (Barnaby's) with awards, prizes, food & beverages, more networking, and fun for all!!!

Platinum Sponsor Package - Management Company

Includes two free race teams (up to 12 racers), 12 drink tickets for the Happy Hour event, one sponsorship of choice, logo or company name on back of Amazing Race t-shirt, a reserved table at happy hour and exclusive advertisement on PAA website with logo on banner at Happy Hour event.

Gold Sponsorship Package - Management Company
Includes one free team (up to 6 racers), Awards & Supplies sponsorship, 6 drink tickets, reserved Happy Hour table and exclusive advertisement on PAA website and on event signage.
Challenge Table Sponsorship 
The challenge stop at the PAA Helping Hands Amazing Race is a table with an assigned game.  All attendees have the option to stop at the table to play the game. The sponsor provides any swag/corporate logo gear for the event.  PAA will provide a packet of information the day of the race.
Rain Poncho Sponsor 
As the rain poncho sponsor your logo will be displayed on the poncho that is added to the racer bags.  Your name will be added to all signage and the online registration page. THIS IS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE!
Happy Hour Appetizer Sponsor 
There are 6 happy hour appetizer sponsors available. Your name will be added to all signage at the happy hour including the banner and the online registration page.
Awards & Supplies Sponsorship
As an awards and supplier sponsor your company logo will be displayed at the award ceremony and throughout the event.
Pre-Reserved Happy Hour Table
Reserve your company table at the Happy Hour to celebrate with your team and highlight their accomplishments.  The table includes six seats. A table top sign will display your company logo. 
**PLEASE NOTE - Table Reservations are ONLY valid for race teams and sponsors or with the purchase of a happy hour ticket!
Blindfold Sponsorship
Your company logo will be placed on to blindfolds that will be provided to each racer. 
Happy Hour Check-In Sponsor
Company representative can sit at registration with PAA to meet and greet Happy Hour participants as they check-in. Company logo will be on signage and on PAA website. 
T-Shirt Sponsorship
Company name/logo will be on all Amazing Race t-shirts.
