Event Details

Join us for a thought-provoking fireside chat and leadership luncheon as we explore the complexities of the racial wealth gap and the multifamily housing industry’s role in closing it. Through a candid, conversational format led by two dynamic leaders, attendees will gain insight into the historical foundations of wealth inequality, the lingering effects of housing discrimination, and the tangible ways our sector can promote equity through operations, policy, and leadership. This in-person session will foster connection, reflection, and practical dialogue—perfect for professionals seeking to better understand systemic inequities and their impact on residents, staff, and business outcomes.
