Understanding a Prospect's "Emotional Why" for More Leases and Happier Residents -PAAWW#6

PAA Webinar Wednesdays-supported by Multifamily Insiders

Event Details

In this session I will dive into the importance of understanding a prospects' "Emotional Why" in order to close more leases and create communities of happier residents who stay longer. Stanford University conducted a study that revealed 90%-95% of all of our decisions and behaviors are constantly being shaped by emotional response, especially important decisions like deciding where to live. Understanding a prospect's needs is far more than knowing what size of an apartment they're looking for and what their budget is. Asking intentional questions to understand what will truly feel like "home" and addressing the "Emotional Why" behind what they're looking for and why they'll end up leasing somewhere, is critical to not only capturing more leases, but also in creating communities of truly happy residents.

  • Learn how to build rapport and trust with your prospects by identifying their true needs and aligning your community presentation to speak to those.
  • Learn how to position your community as the best choice for each prospect.
  • Strengthen your own confidence to overcome objections and hesitations on tour.
