Multifamily property owners and managers across southeastern Pennsylvania recognize the impact that energy efficiency upgrades have on lowering operating costs, reducing maintenance calls, increasing property value and improving resident comfort.

Join the PGW EnergySense and PECO Multifamily Solutions program teams for the next PAA Utility webinar on Thursday, September 30 from 11AM to 12PM.

Participants will gain valuable insight on the:

· Non-energy benefits of energy efficiency upgrades,

· Ease of participation in utility incentive programs and

· Leveraging utility incentive programs to offset the cost of equipment upgrades

Participants will also be introduced to PGW’s Landlord Cooperation Program, which protects registered landlords from responsibility for a tenant’s unpaid gas bill.
