2025 Keystone Awards Shopping Reports Have Been Released

Thank you to all of our 2025 PAA Keystone Awards Program Applicants and Winners.

The PAA hired a 3rd Party Shopping Company to complete the 2025 Property Awards and a new registration process that allows all applicants to review their shopping reports and scores from the same platform.

Please take a moment to review your shopping report via the registration platform e-mail (EMAIL WAS SENT 10/17/25 at 3PM) that has been sent to the person who completed the keystone award application.

Please make sure you are logged into the system and from the home page follow these instructions to see all completed shopping reports:

After selecting the property abd rge View option on the right hand side, you will be redirected to the property application.  On the top of the page please find the link to the shopping report as seen below:

The scores are listed in terms of point value not a percentage.  The shopping report also lists point values achieved per category with a final score and percentage.  All applicants must have achieved an 80% or above to qualify for an award.

As a reference point the values needed to qualify for an award are as listed below:

Exterior Excellence:

Total Achievable Points: 105 (84 points equals 80%)

Maintenance Excellence:

Total Achievable Points: 215 (172 points equals 80%)

Leasing Excellence:

Total Achievable Points: 274 (219 points equals 80%)
