Pennsylvania is known for our colleges and universities. Therefore, student housing is plentiful among our membership across the state. During COVID-19 PAA was contacted by legislative offices, our members, students and their families looking for guidance and resources available to them. As a result, PAA identified student housing as a priority for our association.

PAA has created a student housing committee to discuss student housing in Pennsylvania, best practices during COVID and legislation that impacts the industry.
