Group Entry Discount: *Minimum of 24 registrants, *4% Discount on total registration fee, *All entries must be submitted by the same company, * A promo code is needed at the request of the company to the PAA before submitting registrations and checkout.
PAA Entered Registrations: * For groups exceeding 25 registrants entered by a team member of the PAA, an additional $5 per person fee will be applied at the time of registration.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will begin the evening with our Welcome Cocktail Reception, including hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be served via food stations following the conclusion of the program.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Seating will be at round tables. Additional standing room only will be available in the loft of the ceremony space. There is limited viewing in the loft.
Three (3) drink vouchers are included with each ticket and will be distributed upon entry.
PARKING:
Parking for this event is free and on-site.
Please look for our signage when turning onto Hollinger Ln. Additional directional signage will guide you to the parking lot once on Stone Gables Estates property.
The Star Barn is up a fairly steep paved incline. Guests wearing attire that may be a tripping hazard are encouraged to be dropped off right in front of the entrance to the venue.
