Group Entry Discount: *Minimum of 24 registrants, *4% Discount on total registration fee, *All entries must be submitted by the same company, * A promo code is needed at the request of the company to the PAA before submitting registrations and checkout.
PAA Entered Registrations: * For groups exceeding 25 registrants entered by a team member of the PAA, an additional $5 per person fee will be applied at the time of registration.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Please have a government-issued photo ID ready upon arrival for security to verify. Each attendee will need to go through a metal detector.
Please have your QR codes ready upon entry. These may be found in your confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive a QR code, our team will be able to check you in manually with your name.
We will begin the evening with our Welcome Cocktail Reception and Dinner served to you via food stations around the venue. Additional snacks will be provided following the conclusion of the program.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis for the awards program. Seating is theater style, with additional seating in the mezzanine. We encourage individual nominees to sit at the end of rows.
BAG POLICY:
The Fillmore has a strict bag policy upon entry. 12 x 6 x 12 bags and smaller are permitted.
PARKING:
There is no on-site parking at The Fillmore. We recommend parking at 1025 North Front Street or 98 Richmond Street. Parking will be limited, so we recommend carpooling or using ride share services if possible. (Please note that the 98 Richmond Street lot will not be open until 6pm.)
BUS PARKING:
Bus parking is on a first come, first served basis in the 1025 North Front Street parking lot. We recommend that most buses park elsewhere for the evening and return at the conclusion of the event.
