WHAT TO EXPECT:
Please have the QR codes ready upon arrival to accelerate the check-in process. QR codes may be found in the confirmation e-mail after purchasing a ticket. Those without QR codes may check in with one of our team members at the entrance.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis for the awards program. Seating is theater style, with additional cocktail tables with limited viewing.
Three (3) drink vouchers are included with each ticket and will be distributed upon entry. Guests wishing to partake in additional alcoholic beverages or sodas may purchase drinks directly from the bar. Drink tickets not required for water or coffee.
PARKING:
Parking for this event is free.
The Circuit Center & Ballroom is located within the IBEW Local 5 complex in Pittsburgh’s South Side, just across the Hot Metal Bridge.
If you are arriving from Hot Metal Street, turn onto Sidney Street. The Circuit Center will be the first building on your right, marked with signage for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 5. Turn into the small parking lot directly in front of the building and enter through the doors located across from the lot.
Please note: these are not the main IBEW entrance doors at the roundabout — use the doors directly across from the small parking lot.
