Basic HVAC Maintenance & Repair (Bala Cynwyd)

Maintenance expenses are the singular, largest, controllable element in any operating budget in the apartment industry. This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give them the knowledge and tools necessary to provide effective maintenance support. The Heating Maintenance and Repair course teaches students how to maintain and repair heating systems. The Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair course teaches students how to maintain and repair air conditioning systems.
