Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) F2025- Lehigh Valley

Formally known as the NALP

Wednesday, November 5, 2025 to Friday, November 7, 2025

Event Details

Formerly known as NALP, this program asks participants to think about the leasing process from both the prospective resident’s and the current resident’s point of view. This helps conceptualize the idea that everything they learn is important when building a successful leasing relationship. Leasing professionals learn professionalism, teamwork, relevant laws, effective sales processes, virtual leasing and market analysis, all with the goal of developing the skills they need to successfully bring in and retain residents. Engaging videos and lively discussions help to bring the key points to life. This program is recommended for leasing professionals and others in property management who are interested in advancing their career by earning a nationally recognized certificate.

INSTRUCTOR: JACQUELYN UNGER

With nearly a decade of experience in the multifamily industry, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a multi-site manager with a strong focus on leasing, team coaching, and daily property operations. Over the past two years, I’ve transitioned into a role within our Training Department, where I lead new hire onboarding, develop and deliver high-energy training sessions, and support our onsite teams throughout the year. My passion lies in motivating teams to provide exceptional service to our residents, prospects, and supplier partners.
