Many property managers acknowledge they struggle with lost time both personally and professionally. Nearly three hours of a busy professional’s day can be lost to scheduling hiccups, interruptions, competing priorities, unproductive meetings, and helping onsite teams put out “fires”. When you do the math, numerous business days may be lost each month. This session will provide participants with solutions for preventing lost time. By improving efficiency, leaders will lower personal and employee stress levels, decrease absenteeism, improve retention, and increase productivity and profitability.

  • Determine your priorities when “everything” is important
  • Create to-do lists that actually get done
  • Develop a weekly plan, even with an ever-changing schedule
  • Morph your calendar when fires (or great opportunities!) crop up
  • Get things done despite interruptions and being called on to “put out fires”

Productivity and time management are considered soft skills, but there’s nothing soft about losing $10,000 per team member per year to inefficiencies. Through keynotes, seminars, books and videos, Time Management Fixer Helene Segura reveals her mind-bending framework for negotiating time so companies can spend more time generating profit. The author of four books - two of which were Amazon best-sellers - Helene has been the featured organizational expert in more than 200 media interviews. When she’s not slashing lost time as “The Inefficiency Assassin” or planning her next travel adventure, Helene can be found experimenting with food pairings or watching movies.
