Join us on January 21st for a fun and relaxed happy hour to start the year strong. It’s the perfect way to shake off the holiday slowdown and get back into networking mode!

The PAA is happy to announce our first Happy Hour of the year at Five Iron in Market Square, Pittsburgh, PA.

Five Iron Golf is a popular indoor golf and entertainment venue that blends high-tech golf simulators (Trackman), a full-service bar, chef-inspired food, and a lively social atmosphere, making golf accessible and fun for everyone, from serious players needing data to casual groups looking for games and events in urban centers. It offers virtual play on famous courses, lessons, custom club fittings, leagues, and parties, all in a no-dress-code, modern setting.

$55 per person (Property Management Company Members)

$150 per person (Supplier Partner Members, includes one ticket to the event)

$300 per person (Supplier Partner Members, includes golf simulator sponsorship and one ticket to the event)

The Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA), a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association, is committed to full compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. PAA activities often involve competitors, suppliers, and customers, making it essential to avoid discussions or actions that could violate these laws.

Prohibited Conduct:

Price fixing or discussing pricing elements (e.g., credit terms)
Market/customer allocation
Group boycotts or bid rigging
Wage fixing or hiring agreements
Any conduct that may appear to restrain trade

Guidelines for Compliance:

Avoid discussing competitive strategies, pricing, wages, or supplier/customer negotiations with competitors.
Do not agree on uniform terms, divide markets, or discourage competition.
Do not act on behalf of PAA unless authorized.
Use agendas and meeting summaries to document discussions.
Report any antitrust concerns to PAA leadership immediately.
