PAA Advocacy Day 2026 Recap
The Pennsylvania Apartment Association brought together multifamily professionals from across the Commonwealth for 2026 PAA Advocacy Day in Harrisburg, creating an opportunity for members to engage directly with policymakers, discuss issues impacting the rental housing industry, and advocate for the communities they serve.
Throughout the event, attendees participated in meaningful conversations with state and local legislators, sharing real-world experiences and highlighting the importance of policies that support housing providers, residents, and communities across Pennsylvania, specifically highlighting the importance of streamlined permit processing throughout the state and policies that encourage development of housing.
