How to Get Your Team Fired Up (Without Burning Out) -PAAWW#2
PAA Webinar Wednesdays-supported by Multifamily Insiders
Event Details
In multifamily today, the difference between teams that thrive and teams that survive comes down to one thing: whether people feel genuinely valued and energized at work. It's no secret that the old playbook of pizza parties and table tennis in the break room isn't working anymore. Your best people aren't leaving for better pay, they're leaving because they're overwhelmed, underappreciated, or simply checked out.
But here's what high-performing properties have figured out that the secret isn't working harder or spending more money. It's making small, strategic shifts in how you recognize contributions, run meetings, share leadership, and connect with both your team and residents. These micro-changes create macro impact, transforming workplace culture without turning your world upside down.
In this session, you'll learn five evidence-based practices you can implement immediately with NO budget increases, NO lengthy approvals, and NO complex rollouts required. We'll tackle real scenarios you face every day: those team meetings where the same people always dominate, training new staff to connect with all types of residents, and turning routine interactions into moments that actually matter. Leave with a clear action plan that energizes your team, reduces manager stress, and creates the kind of workplace culture where people think, "This is where I want to be."
- Tackle real scenarios you face everday.
- Attendees will explore practical fixes for common challenges.
- Learn 5 evidence based practices you can implement immediately.
- Walk away with clear steps to reduce stress, boost morale, and build a workplace culture that inspires people.
