The HVAC landscape is shifting fast, and your properties need to keep up. With R410A being phased down, low GWP refrigerants like R32 and R454B are stepping in. They are not just technical upgrades; they are operational game changers.

This webinar breaks down what property managers and maintenance technicians must know to stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of resident expectations.

We’ll cover:

  • What R32 and R454B are and why they matter for your buildings
  • Key differences from HFC refrigerants like R410A
  • Safety, training, and equipment compatibility considerations
  • How the refrigerant transition affects budgets, timelines, and resident communications
  • Actionable steps to prepare your team and properties for the switch

Whether you're overseeing capital improvements or servicing HVAC equipment in the field, this session will help you lead the transition with confidence.
