Financial Management

Financial management is woven throughout the CAM course and for a manager, is one of the key metrics of success. Many manager's primary objectives are to meet the financial goals of an investment and to add value. Some key topics taught in this course include: Learning how to develop and manage a stabilized budget, analyzing an income statement, preventing and solving for bad debt, and performing a property valuation.
