A multifamily maven with 23 years of multifamily experience, Katie Rigsby began her career as a leasing professional working her way through the ranks to become Senior Executive. As Senior Executive, Katie was fully responsible for a portfolio consisting of 3,000 apartment homes, hotels, shopping centers, 200 employees, and a multi-million dollar budget.

Today, as the President of Katie Rigsby Inspires, LLC, Katie shares her experience and expertise as an industry consultant and keynote speaker. She contributes to the industry by writing for various publications, by volunteering with her local apartment association, and as a faculty member of the NAA Education Institute. A CALP, CAM, and CAPS credential holder, Katie couples her industry education with years of experience to deliver an engaging, informative, and inspirational learning experience with a side of humor.

REGISTRATION POLICY:

Only PAA members in good standing will receive the published PAA member rate.  The non-member rates will be applied to all registrations that do not include a PAA membership.  All membership status questions should be directed to membership@paahq.com.

Once a member has registered for an education event, members can pay their invoices via credit card on their account at www.paahq.com  or request an invoice to be emailed for payment.  All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless the 30-day mark falls on or after the date of the education event; in those cases, payment should be made the day prior to the education event.
