Founded over five years ago, the company has grown rapidly into one of the region’s fastest-expanding construction and property services firms.
The organization is led by Founder and Principal, Brice Abrams, who comes from a hands-on construction background and remains actively involved in the oversight of every project. His leadership ensures consistent quality standards, accountability, and direct client engagement across all divisions of the company.
Four Seasons Property Services employs a team of nearly 75 professionals, including experienced project managers, estimators, skilled tradespeople, and administrative staff. This in-house structure allows the company to self-perform a significant portion of its work while maintaining strict control over scheduling, quality, safety, and communication.
