What is the Eviction Diversion Program?

The Eviction Diversion Program supports landlords and tenants to resolve issues through mediation. The Program facilitates additional resources like rental assistance and housing counselors. Applications are only available to landlords at this time. The City of Philadelphia's Eviction Diversion Program helps landlords and tenants reach sustainable agreements without having to go to Court. The Program is required as of January 1, 2022 by City Ordinance  # 210920. The Program is free for both landlords and tenants.
