Professional Bio
Jessica is the Area Vice President at AION Management, overseeing operations across three states and a portfolio of more than 4,000 units. Since joining AION in 2022, she has led high-performing teams and driven results across a diverse mix of assets, including lease-ups, value-add communities, and affordable housing.
With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Jessica has held key leadership roles at Brookview Realty Group, Milhaus, TREK Development, and Berger Rental Communities. Her expertise spans class-A mixed-use developments, property acquisitions, due diligence, marketing strategy, budgeting, capital planning, and team development.
Jessica holds both CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association and is a CPM candidate through IREM.
