The Trade Show floor will open at 10AM, while the education sessions will kick off for the day at 9AM.

Presented by: Jeff Tucker, Senior Economist with Zillow
Jeff Tucker is a Senior Economist on Zillow's Economic Research team, where he combines Zillow’s industry-leading real estate database with macroeconomic and demographic data to explain the forces shaping the American housing market. His research interests include affordability, household formation, and housing supply.
He has presented at numerous real estate industry gatherings and appeared on national and local media outlets covering the housing market, including the Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, and NPR’s Marketplace.
Jeff received his M.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, and his B.A. cum laude in Economics from Amherst College. Before graduate school, Jeff worked on economic analysis for antitrust litigation and merger review. He resides in Seattle, Washington.

What you need to know before you go!
This is a FREE PAA Event for Property Management Professionals and Real Estate Agents, however, you must register to attend APARTogether. The theme for this year's APARTogether is GAME ON!
Registration will open at 8AM on Thursday, March 23rd, 2023 to allow attendees who are enrolled in the classes enough time to get to your sessions. Make sure your badge is scanned for all classes attended during to ensure CEC credit. A certificate will be emailed to all class attendees after APARTogether has closed. Registration for APARTogether is located on the ground level of the Valley Forge Casino Resort. Education classrooms are located on the third floor. Directional signs will lead you to your desired class choices.
The show floor will be labled by zone. Two new zone areas have been introduced at the show this year! The New Member Zone and Outreach Zone are sure to help you with identifying PAA Charities and all of the New Exhibitor Members!
The PAA will be giving away a PRIZE PAK this year valued at over $2500. The prize pak can be entered to win by playing, "The Game," at the show and scanning the QR codes at the exhibitors booths. If you have questions about the Prize Pak, stop by our booth in the Outreach Zone. You must be present to win! The drawing for the PAA Prize Pak will be at 4:00PM at the Presenter Stage located behind the elevator bank on the ground level. Additional Exhibitor booth prizes will also be announced at 4PM!
