Director of Real Estate Partnerships, SWITCH
Jeremy Cohen is the Director of Real Estate Partnerships at SWTCH. In his role, Jeremy is responsible for working with real estate developers, owners and operators throughout the country to help them with their EV charging strategy across their portfolios.
Prior to joining SWTCH, Jeremy worked at LDI Connect, a leader in the office technology industry, where he provided hardware and software to the real estate community. Most recently, Jeremy has been in business development leadership roles both at CO Adaptive Architecture, a pioneering Passive House architecture firm, as well as at FirstService Residential, North America’s largest third-party property management firm, where he worked with condo / co-op boards, developers and ownership groups.
Jeremy holds a B.S. in Communication from The University of Colorado at Boulder as well as Colorado University’s Business Intensive Certificate from The Leeds School of Business. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
